USA180 is an idea that came about after careful study of today’s situation within our government. Taking into account many things in the past, and adding these historical events to today’s current issues it is apparent that the American people are dangerously close to losing control of the United States of America. We have allowed Government to become far to large, and far to powerful. We are aware that there are situations that warrant war in order to preserve our way of life when those rights are threatened. However we are not complicit with the the appearance our governement has taken on , and that is of a nation set out to impose our lifestyle on other sovereign nations. We are not in agreement with an executive branch that will usurp our Congress. Neither are we in agreement with any other elected official that is not properly representing those that elected them to office. It is quite apparent that both the Executive Branch, Congress, and Senate are all guilty, bar only a few legistators of usurping the Constitution in ways unprecedented. The executive branch has installed Executive Orders, and Directives that if enacted would completely suspend, and potentially void the Constitution. The Congress, and the Senate have introduced, and or passed legislation that usurps our contitution in ways certainly not in the best interest of the Citizens of The United States.
First we looked at how we got to this point. Then we considered what is in place that is allowing it to sustain itself, and further manifest. Finally we derived at a solution, and we are in prayerful hope that we “USA180″ will lead the way in this much needed restoration.
HOW WE GOT HERE
Our founding fathers knew that given to much power to any government or to any single person that said power would be abused. We have allowed our government to obtain such power. It is human nature to abuse power given the opportunity. This is not true with every individual, but history tends to prove this true. Are we to blame the government? We can certainly blame them for continually usurping the United States Constitution, but in the end we must blame ourselves, the citizens of this once great Nation for allowing this power to be obtained.
Over the years Americans have become so consumed in being consumers, continually trying to satisfy their unquenchable desire for material things we simply lost our focus. During this process we developed this idea that our one vote does not matter, it does not count so why bother? We will take care of our little corner of life, and let others handle it. The next person will do it. I will simply mind my business. What was not know is the fact that about 65 percent or better of the rest of Americans had the same train of thought. This has left about 35 percent on average over the years actually voting, and less than that actively involved in the government process. Through the utilization of special interest groups, and lobbyist “career politicians” have found it very easy to manipulate a small number of voters –35 percent. These special interest groups sway votes in turn for favors thereby allowing the same old career politicians to remain in power.
To further add to the problem over time mainstream media has been consumed by major corporations. They of course work in concert with the government for favors. Be it contracts with the government , exports to countries we help etc. So in turn the mainstream media being run now by major corporations has found itself in a position to return the favor by helping shape, and form the American opinion. How many times have you heard–They said it on the news? Americans have grown to take what the media says as absolute fact. Therefore if they convey to the public that the majority of people feel this way on a certain topic, then by nature you will have those that go with the majority assuming they have made the right choice.
With the advent of the Internet, and its ever growing popularity we have discovered some very interesting facts. With the ability to at the push of a button talk with a person across the country, and even the world, we are finding that this opinion that mainstream media is imposing on the people is false. Americans are becoming very aware of things that before was virtually impossible.
Even with the Internet’s popularity the statistics show that only 40 percent of American homes actually have Internet at home. This leaves 60 percent of the population still being shaped and formed by the media. Do a survey for yourself. On the streets ask people what they think about the real ID. What they feel about Senate bill 1959 0r S. 1959, HR Bill 1955. You will be astonished to hear how many know nothing. Why? Mainstream has failed to cover these very controversial issues, and done so deliberately. Puposely enabling a false perception to be formed by the public.
A HUGE TOOL
The Racial Divide in this country has been vastly exploited, and used to keep contention, thereby causing a variety of issues at the polls. This has been a large tool in keeping the voter turn out down to a manageable percentage to enable the career politicians to maintain control. We have found, and USA180 has further proven us correct, that the racial divide in this country is not near what they would have us believe. At present USA180’s membership is pretty close to equal concerning Black, and White Americans, and we all share the same idea. Our Black brothers feel, as we feel, and can plainly see that the supposed black leaders of today have completely sold out to the powers to be. They are very instrumental in helping to convey an inflated view of the racial divide. It is apparent by watching these self appointed leaders as they continually point out issues, but never offering a solution. The Black, as well as White members of this organization are all of like mind that the racial divide is not near what they would have us believe. We do agree that there exists even today a degree of inequality. Our efforts together Black, White, Native American, and all other races working side by side, standing as one strong unrelenting voice as Americans will bring about the closer of this persistant gap. Thereby forging a path for total equality. The amount of inequality that exists cannot be solved by government. It is at a point that it is now up to the people to close the final divide. Having government intervene is worthless. There is no bill, law or edict that can bring this last bit of change to our equality issue. That would be a silly as one of us demanding you go down the street and be friends with someone you do not know simply because we demand it. The answer is simple. How do you make friends? You introduce yourself. You began to associate with them, learn about them. Before long you have developed a kinship, and friendship which turns to an unbreakable bond if nurtured.
We at USA180 are the very first pro-constitutional political organization that is completely non-partisan, and in total objection to prejudice of any kind or even the appearance of it. We walk our talk. By standing side by side as the strongest voice this country has ever seen or heard we will inherently bond, and develop that needed closure. We will be able together to look, and appreciate the fruits of our labor in returning this country to the Greatest Nation on Earth. Can you imagine the pride we will all feel, not as Black, White or any other race, but plain Americans standing strong together to protect, and care for our beloved land. Certainly the issue of slavery will always be a black eye to this country. We may never fully shake it. It will always be part of our history, but it does not have to invade , and destroy our future as Americans. One Nation, One People Period!
HOW WILL WE BRING CHANGE
Working together we will establish branches in each State, answering to the National board. We will be watch-dogs of rights, liberties, and freedoms. We will monitor each States legislature,the Congress, and Senate. We will act on issues that harm or could potentially harm or diminish our rights under the Constitution. Further we will pass all information on to Grassroots American through various media outlets of our own. Mainstream fails to do this. So we must. We intend, and have already begun to get valid news to the people. To reach those that have no access to the Internet. We will in various campaigns heavily educate the American people of the true condition of our country. We will show them how the lack of their one vote has allowed this atrocity. We firmly believe in our hearts that once grassroots America is truthfully, and adequately made aware that they will return to the polls, and many will participate even further in our governance.
For those that we reach without Internet we will freely provide very informative cds that they can watch at home, and newsletters. Once on the list they will continually get information to keep them informed. All free of charge.
