We ask a minimum of one hour per day on the days you choose or the days that end up being used, because we will determine that by majority. If you have a fax and offered its use faxing certain agencies or facilities or news outlets. We have many, many portals and outlets pre-designed and ready. Scott Loper was imprisoned and tortured in a Canadian jail (Once you read the horrific torture imagine it being you or a loved one. These details will be found at the given link). House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer
(D-MD) failed to act based on fraudulent documents which are provided along with this information.
Representative Frank Wolf (R-VA) is concerned. In a letter to the State Department, Wolf, Co-Chair of The Congressional Human Rights Caucus and a ranking member of the State Foreign Operations Subcommittee, has called for an investigation. This is recent, and we need to insure that it is followed up on and insure Wolf is not misled or fails to follow through as others have been.
“… let us work for the day when the practice of torture is a shameful fact of history-and nothing more.”
These are the words of House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (D-MD) as he used the United Nations’ International Day in Support of Victims of Torture as an opportunity to criticize the Bush administration while holding himself up as a great supporter of victims of torture.
“As long as there is torture anywhere in the world, you will have our support”, Hoyer proclaimed to the Maryland-based Advocates for Survivors of Torture and Trauma just last June. I hope that if we are allowed to vote in November Hoyer and those like him, along with those that voted for HR Bill 1959 are voted out of office. We need a complete change in congress even if it means voting each and everyone out of office. HR Bill 1955 now Senate Bill 1959 allows the following and is not aimed at foreign terrorist, but aimed directly at you and I. Read the following:

NOW BACK TO SCOTT LOPER AND HIS INJUSTICE AND WHY ITS IMPORTANT
It appears that Congressman Hoyer is more concerned about international victims than torture victims among his own constituents.
New Jersey ex-law enforcement official Scott Loper was jailed in Canada on extorted charges, beaten and tortured for two years in an Ontario jail, and denied any access to a U.S. consulate. Threatened to keep his mouth shut, Loper was then transferred to another Canadian prison, where he spent another two years, and again denied his right to contact the U.S. Embassy. Violation of Article 36 of the Vienna Convention, signed by 164 nations in 1967, states that those nations are bound to notify foreign nationals, when arrested, of their right to contact their embassy or consulate, allowing that embassy or consulate to assure that citizen is treated properly.
Loper’s crime? He was about to expose a gang of crooked cops. When, almost four years after his incarceration, things had gotten to the point where the Durham Ontario Regional Police began to do their own investigation of these thugs, Loper was taken out of prison and dumped at the U.S. border - the fate of his Canadian wife, his three-year-old son and all of his worldly possessions left to mystery.
After denying that Loper had ever even lived in Canada - let alone been incarcerated there, the Canadian government had to back-track when he was able to provide proof from some of the few scraps of documentation he had managed to keep in his possession.
The Canadians then tried to pass off a phony document as a waiver of Scott Loper’s Vienna Convention rights. The document is dated three years after his incarceration and does not bear his signature, but the state department says that’s just fine, and the good Congressman Steny Hoyer is happy to go along with the ruse. His official response? “The Congressman has done all that he can do.”
We would like to inform the Congressman of what he can do that he has not done, since he seems to be a little confused as to who he is supposed to represent.
We elect our representatives to represent us - not special interests; not foreign governments; not the State Department. It is the explicit duty of those we put in the position of Representative to represent the interests of U.S. citizens. Congressman Hoyer has failed miserably.
Article 36 of the Vienna Convention, signed by 164 nations in 1967, states that those nations are bound to notify foreign nationals, when arrested, of their right to contact their embassy or consulate, allowing that embassy or consulate to assure that citizen is treated properly.

Notice when viewing the document that Scott Loper’s signature appears nowhere on this document and, as mentioned above, is dated three years after his arrest in 2000. Even if this was not an excruciatingly absurd representation of an excuse, three years is hardly the requirement of notice “without delay” as described by Article 36. However, Congressman Hoyer and the State Department seem to think it is good enough for them.
The Canadian government does not want this story to be told. The U.S. government seems happy to oblige. Many Canadian journalist failed to report on this after saying they would. Their reason “we have families”. USA180 along with UK180, Aussi180 and global 180 are not fearful of threats. We stand for justice, and justice will be served come hell or high water. What say you America? What say you United Kingdom, What say you Australia, What say you WORLD? Mainly what say you congress.
Congressman Ron Paul, and Congressman Dennis Kucinich. You two appear to be the only law makers vocally standing for the people. What will you do on this matter? You may ask why we did not include Robert Wexler in this list of congressmen that stand for our rights. Simple. He voted yes for HR 1955 and needs to go. He also failed to reply to a letter we faxed to his Florida office and Washington office regarding this matter. Also we hope the six that voted NO to HR 1955 will join Kucinich and Dr Paul is insuring justice is rendered here. The Honorable Dr. Ron Paul Did Not Vote. He Was Absent Campaigning. He however returned and made an address from the house floor on what an abomination it was and the fact he would voted , HELL NO!
There is a larger issue here that affects the safety and well-being of every U.S. citizen who ventures into another country. If the U.S. Government is unwilling to expect its neighbor to the north to comply with the Vienna Convention, what protection can we expect from our government when our rights are violated by other, less friendly countries?
The only resolution here is to force our government to do what it is supposed to do; to protect its citizens. In the case of Scott Loper, the U.S. needs to demand of the Canadian government the admission of illegal imprisonment and torture as well as compensation and help in locating his lost family. A three year old child is out there somewhere. The wife as you will see in the documents was forced to comply with Canadian officials.
We only pray that little Eddy is safe and only hidden out somewhere.

Either we have 19 state governments that need immediate mental aid or our Executive Branch are flat out liars. I think we know the answer. It will be found in the same place that the weapons of mass destruction are found, the same place the deliberate deaths of thousands of innocent Americans as a result of 911 are hidden. In the same halls of secrecy that the scandal surrounding the invasion of Georgia is found.

It is alleged that when Russia entered Georgia to stop the senseless killing of people that certain elements of our government had not enough time to get out with all the data. Vladimir Putin just released a statement declaring that George Bush will declare an Economic Emergency in October, and suspend the Elections indefinatley which we have suspected for sometime they would for some reason get suspended. HSPD 20 and NSPD 51 along with other Executive orders allow him to do with the stroke of a pen, and with no approval from Congress. Even making it law that congress cannot even address the issue for six months. Americans we have martial law and dictatorship around the corner. WAKE UP!
